Preamble

OGO SECURITY SAS (hereinafter referred to as OGO) is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers and prospective customers, of the users of the websites it manages and of the confidentiality of their personal data.
OGO undertakes to process the data it handles in compliance with the applicable regulations such as the law n° 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and the general regulation on the protection of personal data (general regulation on data protection: RGPD).

  • Personal Data: any information relating to a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly. 
  • Processing of personal data:any operation or set of operations concerning such data, regardless of the process used, whether automated or not (collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, blocking, erasure or destruction, etc.). 
  • Cookie: A cookie is a small computer file, a tracer, which is deposited and read, for example, when a website is consulted, an e-mail is read, or software or a mobile application is installed or used, regardless of the type of terminal used (computer, smartphone, digital reader, video game console connected to the Internet, etc.).

The company responsible for processing the personal data referred to herein is OGO SECURITY SAS, whose head office is located at 249 B rue des Pyrénées, 75020 Paris, France, with a capital of 323 770 € – RCS PARIS – SIREN 837 907 336.

ARTICLE 3 – COLLECTED DATA

Nature of collected data: 

Within the framework of OGO’s activity, we may collect the following personal data: your title, surname, first name, postal address, country of residence, professional status, SIRET number, intra-community VAT number, email, password, IP address, partial bank card number, IBAN, domain name of your website.

Procedures giving rise to the collection of personal data: 

  • Commercial prospecting forms (title, surname, first name, email, IP), requires the prior collection of your consent; 
  • Registration as a member and use of the functionalities of our websites (title, surname, first name, postal address, country of residence, professional status, SIRET number, intra-community VAT number, email, password, IP, domain name of your website), is based on a contractual basis; 
  • Purchase of a product or service on one of our websites (title, surname, first name, postal address, country of residence, professional status, SIRET number, intra-Community VAT number, email, IP, partial bank card number, IBAN), is based on a contractual basis. 
 

The purpose for which we collect and process your personal data may be: 

  • The operational requirements of our websites, registration, member identification and account management, access to content and services. 
  • Security of network access and online IT infrastructure, data protection, detection of intrusions or unlawful activities 
  • The collection of mandatory legal, accounting, and judicial information 
  • Commercial prospecting necessary for the company’s activity 

ARTICLE 4 – RECIPIENTS OF DATA, SUBCONTRACTORS

Your personal data is exclusively intended to be used by OGO. However, they may be transmitted to our subcontractors listed below:  

  • OVH company: web hosting, cloud service, email box management 
  • SCALEWAY: cloud hosting 
  • MICROSOFT: cloud hosting  
  • CELIANCE: accounting services 
  • BNP PARIBAS bank: banking services 
  • STRIPE company: online payment system by credit card 
  • Company HUBSPOT: customer relations system 
  • Company SENDINBLUE: communication and marketing system 
  • Company MAILCHIMP: auto-responder / emailing system 
  • Company CELONIS: Marketing automation system
 

OGO does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. In the event of illegal activities, suspicions of illegal activities, for the purposes of investigations or judicial requisitions, your personal data may be transmitted, on request, to the judicial or control authorities: police, gendarmerie, magistrate, departmental directorate for the protection of populations (ex DGCCRF), tax or social services, etc. .. 

The personal data collected and processed directly by OGO is stored exclusively in France, in the databases of the OVH & SCALEWAY servers. 

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHTS

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and limit the processing of your personal data. 
You may request portability for the data you have provided and which are necessary for the contract or for the processing to which you have consented. 
You can freely access, modify or delete your personal data, except for legal obligations (accounting, tax, controls) to retain them by OGO. 
You may also give instructions regarding the retention, deletion and communication of your data after your death. 
 

You can exercise your rights by logging into your member interface on the dashboard.ogosecurity.com website or by contacting us, specifying your name, first name, postal address and attaching a copy of both sides of your ID, by:

You may at any time withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from newsletters received from OGO using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message sent.
